The bag shown bellows part of a new “line” of bags I am making now called affectionately “Nasty” bags. The nasty part refers to the exterior leather which is an excellent skin that just isn’t finished as nicely as most of the other skins I use. They are strong and part of an excellent tanned line but for some reason the tannery left them to as a utility skin. They’ll last great and forever like all my other bags, the only difference is you won’t have to worry about scratching them or hurting them, they’re pretty much vintage before you start. They are also hundreds cheaper than a non “nasty” bag.

This bag is a regular standard necessities bag, the color is prairie mud (look at the picture) with a nice deerskin lining.

The bag shown below is constructed of a new leather I’ve been able to acquire,  Water Buffalo. It’s a fantastic strong and good looking leather. It has a great feel which is not exactly smooth though it doesn’t have any real grain. The exterior lacing is kangaroo. The lining and interior pockets are constructed of black deerskin. The bag has an exterior magazine pocket and comes with a matching shoulder strap.

Each bag has two outside pockets and a long shoulder strap. The general dimensions of the bag at it's largest points is 19 x 11 x 7. As you can see, the bag tapers so exact measurements are hard to list but I'm sure you get the general idea, the bag will hold everything you need to take and then some. It's design was based on the wine and water skins used by travelers for years.

The bag shown below is  constructed with an exterior of fine pull-up Bison. The color is a deep mottled reddish brown with lighter textures interwoven. It's truly a wonderful looking leather with a fantastic feel.  The interior is constructed of the same light tan/sand deerskin shown in the last picture in the group showing the interior pocket configuration. Two notes about this bag. In the top picture there is a blemish that does exist on the bag. It’s not as noticeable as in the picture but it’s there. I think it will darken over time. There is also a small brand mark (a #8) at the very top of that side. Tough to see in the picture. I used it because I thought it was neat. More for the blemish, the normal price for this bag was reduced $50, from $550 to $500.

Leather Hanging Pipe Racks:

These pipe racks are constructed of Vegetable Tanned Belting cowhide. They each hold eight pipes and can be made as right or left stem leaning racks and should be available in an assortment of colors. They are about 5 1/2" wide and 36 inches long. The leather is extremely high quality and the hardware is solid brass. If you scroll down there is a picture of what the racks look like in use.

The pipe racks below are made from a veg tanned leather that is London Tan in color.

I only have the pipe rack on the right available at this point. It’s $175 plus shipping.

Note: Leather is a natural product. All leather has it's own grain and natural flaws which will vary from product to product. Very often the flaws, in the form of scars, brands and the animals inherent growth pattern will naturally become part of the leather and the design of the pouch. We believe this adds to the uniqueness of every pouch and pipe bag we design in leather. All the leather we use, including exotic leathers such as snakeskin, bison, etc., have been processed for legal distribution in the US and Canada and is legal as an export product from the US. All of my leather is purchased through 100% legal sources and I use no products that are in any way considered endangered or protected.
